Kindly note the estimated delivery times listed on each product page and in your cart prior to checkout. While orders may occasionally arrive sooner, we ask that you refrain from inquiring about shipping updates before the stated timeframe has passed.

All orders are subject to a processing period, with the exception of our Ready to Ship Collection, which is dispatched the next business day.

If you have an upcoming event, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance to account for any unforeseen delays, or selecting from our Ready to Ship options for faster delivery.

We advise all customers not to schedule hair appointments until your order has been received. Divine Extensions is not responsible for any cancellation fees or lost deposits. Please ensure the hair is physically in your possession prior to booking your appointment. Refunds will not be issued due to delivery timing.

Please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly, including apartment or unit numbers. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, rerouting, or lost packages, which can take additional time to resolve.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if there are any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance reaching the carrier, we are more than happy to help guide you.

Please note that during peak seasons, such as holidays, transit times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control.

Local Pickup (Miami & Fort Lauderdale Area)

Local pickup is available in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas when announced. Updates will be shared via Instagram (@DivineExtensionss), email, and SMS notifications.

Please note:

  • Orders placed online are not eligible for local pickup.

  • Pickup orders must be arranged separately and paid via Apple Pay, Zelle, or cash.

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm all pickup orders. Orders are not secured without this deposit.
